Admission Procedure
Admission Overview
- All aspiring students must fill out a registration form, available at the school office on any working day between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- Students must meet the academic entry requirements specified for the class they are applying to.
- For admission, the minimum age requirement is: Nursery – 3 years+, LKG – 4 years+, UKG – 5 years+, and Class I – 6 years+, as per the school’s age eligibility criteria.
- Admission may be granted based on a written test, interview, or both, depending on the requirements.
- Submission of a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is mandatory at the time of admission.
Documents Required for Admission
- Three passport size photographs of the students.
- Child's Aadhar card (or Birth Certificate if not available)
- Aadhar Card of Mother and Father (Photocopy).
- Transfer Certificate (counter signed if required) for class I to onwards.
- Character Certificate by last attended school (for Class IX to XII).
Procedure for Admission
- Obtain the prospectus attached with registration form from the Tej Scholars Academy (9.00 am to 12.00 pm).
- Submit the documents required for admission to the Tej Scholars Academy. (9.00 am to 12.00 pm).
- Please bring the child to be admitted at the time of submitting documents for a spot interview / written test.
- If the child is granted admission you are to pay the admission charges, annual charges, and monthly quarterly fee and obtain fee receipt.
