School Bus Facility

- Parents must ensure their ward reaches the bus stop at least 5 minutes early. The school is not responsible if the bus is missed due to delay.
- Bus stoppages are pre-decided by the school. Parents must verify the stop location before submitting the bus fee, as changes will not be entertained later.
- Any complaints about the bus service, drivers, or conductors should be made directly to the school office — not to bus staff.
- Parents must teach their children how to safely board and exit the school bus.
- Students must keep their head and hands inside, stay silent, avoid fighting, playing games, or using abusive language. Violators will lose bus privileges.
- Children should know their bus number, driver’s name, and conductor’s name for their own safety.
- Parents or their relatives are not allowed to use the school bus for personal purposes.
- Parents may use the bus for emergency school-related matters only with prior approval.
- Students must not damage any bus property. If damage occurs, parents must pay the fine and repair cost.
- Bus fees are to be paid for the entire academic year. If parents find this policy unsuitable, they are advised not to opt for the facility.
- No requests for fee concessions will be entertained. Avoid wasting the time of school staff on such discussions.
- Buses will not stop randomly (e.g., for water or toilet breaks). Ensure your child is prepared before boarding.
- To discontinue bus service, parents must submit a 3-month prior notice in writing.
- Any change in address must be communicated to the school so transport arrangements can be updated accordingly.
